I know they are working on FF Version 4, and I understand they have already released a beta for it, but I am not particularly interested in running a beta version or waiting for the official release of V4, if I can fix it before then. That would be a hassle, because I would have to replicate all my tweaks and personal settings, with no guarantee it would even fix the problem. I haven't yet tried, as a last resort, to uninstall Firefox and then do a clean re-install. I discovered an old plug-in for McAfee, which I haven't used for years, and removed it, but that didn't change anything. I even tried disabling all the plug-ins and re-enabling them one at a time, but that didn't work or tell me anything. I have the same (latest update) version of Firefox on my laptop, and it works OK. I can copy and paste the URL into IE, and it works OK. Has anyone else had this problem? A few days ago I noticed that YouTube videos won't play when I use Firefox.
